1. About these terms
This site is operated by RevUp Online Ltd, trading as cleanit4u. By using this site or submitting a quote enquiry, you agree to these terms.
2. What we do
cleanit4u operates as a lead matching service. We collect cleaning enquiries from customers and match each enquiry to a single local specialist who can carry out the work.
3. Your relationship with the specialist
Any cleaning work is performed under a separate agreement between you and the specialist you are matched with. cleanit4u is not a party to that agreement and is not responsible for the work, conduct or pricing of the specialist. We do, however, vet specialists before they receive your enquiry.
4. Submitting an enquiry
- You confirm the information you provide is accurate and that the contact details are yours.
- You agree to be contacted by the matched specialist in connection with your enquiry.
- You consent to the processing of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to submit fraudulent, abusive or automated enquiries. We use Cloudflare Turnstile and other safeguards to prevent abuse.
6. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, RevUp Online Ltd’s liability is limited to direct losses caused by our gross negligence. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under English law.
7. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
